A live board means connecting to your operational data. Here is how we approach that, in plain language. If your organization has specific requirements, tell us and we scope to them before any data moves.
The demos on this site contain no client data
Every board, chart, and table you can click here runs on invented figures. Northwind Health Ops and Lanternfield Service Ops are made up; Harbor, Midland, and Ridge are invented geography; the owners and new names are fictional. They exist to show the shape of the product, not any real organization.
We use the sources you already have
Excel, UKG, SQL, a ticketing system, or a folder of files — we work from what you point us to, and only the fields needed for the board you asked for. We do not ask for data that the requested board does not use.
Access is scoped and least-privilege
Wherever a source supports it, we prefer read-only, scoped access to the specific tables, exports, or folders involved. You decide the connection method. Credentials are never stored in this website or in any public location.
Hosting, retention, and deletion are yours to set
Where the board runs, how long inputs are kept, and how they are deleted are decisions we make with you, up front, to fit your policies. If you need the board and its data to live entirely inside your own environment, that is a supported option.
In transit
This website is served over HTTPS. When we connect to your sources, we use encrypted connections. Specific controls for a given engagement — where processing happens, who can access what, and how long anything is retained — are agreed with you before work starts.
Tell us your constraints
Security review, a DPA, on-prem-only processing, a named retention window — bring the requirements you have. We would rather scope to them at the start than surprise you later.
